returns policy: If your banner has gone to print already, then your order cannot be cancelled once placed. We do try to accommodate a change of mind though so feel free to call us and check if you are too late to cancel. Unfortunately we do not accept returns of personalised banners for obvious reasons unless there is a printing error which is clearly a mistake on our part. In this case we will print you another banner or refund the one you received. In both these cases we must receive the original banner in its original state before sending your new one or refunding you in full.
